1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Beauty Orchard (beautyorchard.ae), operated by Mavericks Performance LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice. We take care to display product information accurately but do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free. Where a compare-at or "was" price is shown, it reflects the brand's recommended retail price in the UAE.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase subject to these terms. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, mispriced, or where we suspect fraud. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Standard delivery within the UAE is AED 25 and free on orders over AED 200. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, are valid for 12 months from purchase, and can be used on any product on beautyorchard.ae.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time, may not be combined with other offers unless stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Misuse of a code may result in cancellation of the order. The free blow-dry offer at Mimosa Beauty Lounge is subject to the terms on our Free Blow-Dry page.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, logos and text, belongs to Beauty Orchard or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Beauty Orchard is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
