Shipping

Standard delivery across the UAE costs AED 25, and is free on all orders over AED 200. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking update by email once your parcel is on its way. We currently deliver within the UAE only.

Returns

You can return any unopened, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or on any item whose seal or packaging has been broken. To start a return, email admin@beautyorchard.ae with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost; if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it and replace or refund in full. Authenticity

Every product sold on Beauty Orchard is sourced directly from the brand or an authorized distributor. If you ever have a concern about a product's authenticity, reach out and we'll make it right.
