Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is AED 25. Delivery is free on all orders over AED 200 (after discounts, including VAT).

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it has been handed to the courier.

Delivery details

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, as the courier will call to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or the address was incomplete, we'll contact you to rearrange delivery; a second delivery charge may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll put it right.
