Welcome to Beauty Orchard. By accessing or purchasing from beautyorchard.ae, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Beauty Orchard, operated by Mavericks Performance LLC, United Arab Emirates. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Beauty Orchard reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display product information accurately; however, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page. Beauty Orchard is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@beautyorchard.ae. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened cosmetics or fragrances for hygiene reasons.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any product on beautyorchard.ae.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Beauty Orchard reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time. Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Beauty Orchard or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Beauty Orchard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
